How to Build Your Confidence

Confidence is not something that can be learned like a set of rules; self-confidence is a state of mind. Active thinking, practice, training, knowledge, and talking with other people are all useful ways to help increase or increase your confidence level. Confidence comes from happiness, acceptance of the body and mind (self-esteem), and belief in one's own abilities, skills, and experience. Confidence is a quality that most people want to have.

Confidence depends to a certain extent on our growth style and education style. We learn from others how to think about ourselves and how to behave-these lessons affect our perception of ourselves and others. Confidence is also the result of our experience and how we learn to react to different situations.

Self-confidence plays a very important role in all aspects of our lives. It can be said that without self-confidence, it is difficult for us to do anything. Therefore, we must build ourselves self-confidence.But how to?

1. Cultivate a positive attitud

Every time you tell yourself that you can't have, won't get, or are not enough to get what you want, learn to grasp yourself. Instead, tell yourself that you can have, will get, and are good enough to get what you want. Attitude determines everything. Make sure you are active and full of energy.

2. Think about what you gain when you lose

Are you annoyed with yourself for not making the most of something or giving up opportunities?First of all, don't blame yourself, because that will only make you feel worse. Instead, be very honest and ask yourself what you have gained from this situation and what you have lost.Based on this win/loss balance, what different choices can you make next time?

 3. Learn something new

Sign up for some courses and learn to enjoy it. Or, read a book (or take an online course) on a topic you have always wanted to learn more about., even learn some make up videos on Youtube. Learning new things can expand your abilities, keep your mind active, and definitely increase your confidence in your ability to do new things.

4. Ask your friends what they think of you

Since they choose to be friends with you must be because of your strengths, from your friends, you will definitely find the shining points in you that you don't know yet. Knowing yourself correctly will be very helpful for you to build self-confidence.

5. Go to the gym

The physical effects of going to the gym will make you feel great.Numerous studies have shown that regular exercise in the gym can not only increase your happiness, but also increase your self-confidence.

6. Help someone else

Instead of being nervous about your own affairs, focus on how to help others. Instead of insisting on trying to sell your goals to others, why not change your approach and simply look at how you can help the people you meet?

7. Meet some new people

Go and have a conversation with someone you don’t know. By doing this, you may be pleasantly surprised by what—or who—you’ll discover. You can also extend this trait by breaking outside of your normal social situations at your workplace. This will do wonders when learning how to be confident.

8. Go out on a date

If you are single and meet someone you will definitely be attracted to-then go ask them out.

Even if they reject you, it will help you learn how to stay confident through the fact that you are decisive and hardworking.

 9. Be a real you

Stop playing different roles and squeeze yourself into the box based on what you think people expect of you.Be true to yourself, know what to do and love what they do. It's easy to find this part of yourself because it is inherent to your hobbies and close friendships. If you can bring this authenticity into your work life, you will be amazed by the positive reactions of others to you.

10. Learn to ask for help

This is a common problem. We have taken on too many responsibilities, and in the end we are either exhausted or not doing well! The secret is to devote most of your energy and effort to what you are good at. Give things you don't do well to other talented people. Sometimes, the most confident and effective approach is to ask for help.
